James Lovejoy II
James Edward Lovejoy II, a proud native of Prince George's County, is currently pursuing a degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. His academic focus combines a passion for governance with a keen interest in understanding societal dynamics. Over the past three
years, James has been deeply committed to serving in the Student Government Association (SGA) in various leadership roles. His journey began as Freshman Class President, where he honed his skills in advocacy and student representation. He then continued his service as Sophomore Class Senator, playing a key role in shaping policy and addressing important student concerns.
Now, as SGA Vice President, James works diligently to represent the interests of the student body. He collaborates closely with university administration to foster positive change on campus, always striving to create a more inclusive and responsive environment for all students.
